Hello! My name is Danielle Morton. I grew up in Decatur, IL with my mom, dad, and older sister. As a child, I always had a ton of animals. My record was 13!
I graduated from Western Illinois University, in Macomb, IL with a degree in Special and Elementary Education. Right after college, I worked at Bloomington Junior High School for four years as a 7th grade teacher. Then I taught at Bent for 4 years. Now I am an Oakland Owl! I am excited each day to come to class, teach, and learn. I have three animals that I absolutely adore. Oliver is a 10 year old Shih-tzu (left). He is lazy, but oh-so-cute! Oscar is a 4 year old Schnauzer (right). He is a ball of energy, but has a heart of gold. Mia is an 8 year old cat. She is adventurous! I enjoy reading, hiking, gardening, taking care of my pets, teaching, and learning. |
